If you can't find what you need on the support pages, use these addresses to e-mail us.

Please send e-mail to the RIGHT ADDRESS - all mail is answered strictly in the order it was received, except where it's a genuine life or death situation, when you can put URGENT in the subject line to ensure we read it first. Mailbombing any or all of these addresses will ensure your request is dealt with last.

We aim to respond within 24 hours, and have 48 hours as a specified upper limit for response to your e-mail. This applies 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

 We can only assist with things related to our servers and services. This unfortunately doesn't include:

  • configuring your local PC
  • problems with your dial-up provider
  • problems with your own CGI scripts except where there is a problem with the server configuration
  • problems installing or running software of your own on our systems

Please ensure the date is correct on your computer - our support system sorts mail by date so if your computer has the wrong date your request may be lost.
