Title: Raising of the base disk space
The new base disk space is 50Mb on our WebGold package and to 20 Mb on our
Web Silver.

Subject: New line installed
We have just completed installation of a new 45Mbps DS-3 line to Frontier
Globalcenter in Washington DC. This means that at our Washington DC location we now have a
100Mbps OC-3 line to BellAtlantic/Iconnet, and a 45Mbps line to Frontier. We are now
migrating to new IP addresses which will provide complete redundancy over the two lines,
so if one goes down, all traffic will continue to reach us over the other line. If anyone
is having speed problems accessing sites in our Washington DC location, e-mail us and we
can probably adjust our routing policies so that your access speed is improved.

Solutions web site, you should NOT attempt to register domain names on the Network
Solutions web site, in order to avoid legal problems and the chance of being charged $119
for a domain registration rather than the $70 you should be charged. To register domain
names, see the instructions in our technical support area instead.

We can now register .uk domains for customers for UKP 30 ($51), which
includes all Nominet fees for the first 2 years.
